Service Update

Between 5:26 a.m. and 5:47 a.m. EST, the Soomo system was unavailable due networking issues at our hosting partner.  During this time users were unable to access their courses or complete work.

Service is now restored and users can access their courses as usual. If you experience any problems, please contact Support.

Service Alert


4:30 p.m. EST

The processing problems at our hosting partner seem to be mostly resolved. Users should have normal access to all Soomo courses at this time. Please contact support if you experience any difficulties.

 

3:15 p.m. EST

We are continuing to experience service interruptions due to processing problems at our hosting partner. Users will have intermittent access to the following courses:

  • Critical Thinking - AB-Tech
  • Western Governors courses except GKE, BZV, and AZC/UCC

We will continue to post updates until the problem is completely resolved.

 

2:45 p.m.EST

Service has been restored for the Soomo Learning Environment. Users should be able to access their courses again. However, until the problem has been completely resolved at our hosting partner, we may continue to experience service interruptions. We will post more information as we receive updates.

 

2:30 p.m. EST

Due to technical problems at our hosting partner, we are currently experiencing an interruption in service for the Soomo Learning Environment. Users are currently unable to access the following courses:

  • Critical Thinking – AB-Tech
  • Western Governors courses except GKE and AZC

We are investigating the problem and will post updates until service is restored.
